IAS Aero is a recruiting and contracting agency, created by pilots for pilots. We have now expanded our services to include flight attendants and engineers. Our primary goal is to find the perfect match between employers and employees, offering a variety of options to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
We understand that aviation is a challenging sector, and we strive to make life easier for everyone involved. Once we identify the best job for a pilot and the most suitable candidate for an airline, our support doesn't end there. We also offer contract management services, helping both parties feel more comfortable and secure in their new professional relationship.
IAS Aero is more than just an agency; we're your new family, dedicated to your success and satisfaction in the aviation industry.
